A 1990 graduate of Albright College, Dean began his career in Accounting, his major field of study. After a short time a natural enthusiasm and magnetic energy eventually led Dean to successful sales careers at SAP, Deloitte Consulting and Anderson, which allowed him to save and explore creative investment strategies for his own personal financial security. His research leads him to the study of wealth management where he began enrolling in seminars, reading books and researching unorthodox money management tactics. Testing his unique ideas on his own accounts proved successful and excited Dean in a way his previous career path had not. With a new found passion for what he believes is his true calling, in 2004 Dean left rigors of corporate America and struck out on his own. In 2004 A Better Financial Plan was born, allowing him to do for his client’s what he was able to achieve for himself.
